Communion Class
Holy Communion is a gift of God’s grace for us, God’s people.
Children ages 3 through 3rd grade are invited to Communion Class, whether they are new to communion or have already received communion.
It is God’s table, and all are invited to receive this gift. We invite young children to start receiving communion as soon as they put their hands out to receive it. No one fully understands this gift of God’s grace, but we know what it feels like to be excluded – whether from a table or from a party. And this table is for all. For this is Jesus’ table – and he welcomes all people to receive the gift of God’s grace given in communion.
